30+ drop-in classes a week in downtown Halifax. Step into a style and find what moves you. Every instructor brings their own take, so the same style can feel wonderfully different from class to class.

Afro Fusion An energetic style that fuses traditional West African dance with commercial and/or street styles. Ballet A classical style characterized by grace, precision, posture, and coordination. Brazilian Jazz Funk A playful style fusing elements of jazz technique, Brazilian funk rhythms/grooves, and freedom of expression. Contemporary A self-expressive, versatile style influenced by modern, jazz, and ballet technique. Fusion A style determined by an instructor's personal dance background (which may include hip hop, contemporary, jazz funk, and more!). Heels A multifaceted style merging jazz, contemporary, and hip hop technique with mature and/or sensual movement. Hip Hop A social/party style incorporating foundational grooves, old and new school movements, and the greater hip hop culture of the 1970s. Jazz A spirited style influenced by African American social dance, ballet, and modern commercial dance. Jazz Funk A commercial style fusing elements of hip hop, jazz, and dynamic performance. K-Pop A musical genre/style known for iconic choreography made famous by Korean Pop idols. Latin Fusion A vibrant style blending Latin rhythms with salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, and more. Musical Theatre A performance-based style combining jazz, ballet, and contemporary technique with animated storytelling. Reggaeton A lively style fusing Latin American, Caribbean, and hip hop music with salsa, bachata, dancehall, and more. Tap A rhythmic style that blends percussive footwork, syncopation, and musicality with performance-based skills. Waacking A 1970s disco-era style characterized by its rotational arm movements, posing, and 2SLGBTQIA+ influence.
