We collect information from you when you register for a class, workshop, or master class, buy passes, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. When booking or buying, you may be re-directed to our online scheduling partner, Mindbody Online.

You may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birthdate, and emergency contact information. If you register on behalf of your child, you will also be asked for certain information about your child, such as their name and age.

We use the information you submit for the purposes it was submitted for. If you register for a workshop, you will receive enrolment details, our refund policy, and a receipt by email. If you buy a pass or our intro offer, you will receive an email receipt and a reminder if the pass is about to expire. We may also use your information to send you periodic emails about current classes, cancellations, and time changes.

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by:

• Updating the email preferences on your Mindbody Online profile.

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.

• Emailing us at [email protected] with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian sign for them. We encourage all visitors to the website or studio who are under 16 and wish to communicate with us to do so with the help of a parent or guardian.

We do not sell any personal information to third parties, and outside of the limited purposes described here, we will not share your personal information with them either.

We use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as processing credit card payments, marketing assistance, and data analysis. We may provide personal information to those businesses when it is necessary for them to complete a requested transaction or otherwise perform their duties. Those businesses are not permitted to use your information for any purpose other than performing their services for House of Eights.

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. Sensitive information like credit card details is transmitted to our secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, then stored by our payment gateway provider, accessible only to people with special access rights who are required to keep it confidential.

While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you send us online, and we cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personal information.
