Baby & Me Dance is a follow-along class exploring movement to upbeat music, designed for parents holding their babies in their arms or a carrier. It is all about positive energy, physical activity, and community building.
No dance experience needed: just follow along, step out and back in whenever you or baby need a break, and meet other parents while you move. Feeding, cuddles, and pauses are always welcome. A fun workout for you, a happy outing for baby, and a lovely way for new parents to find community in downtown Halifax.

Any safe, well-fitted carrier you're comfortable with works, whether that's a wrap, a sling, or a structured babywearing carrier. Holding baby in your arms is fine too.
Yes, there is a designated space in the washroom.
No worries! Step in and out any time to take breaks, feed, or cuddle. Breast or bottle feeding is always welcome.
