Software Update

Hey everyone!

We are aware many of you have been having some trouble using the new booking system and app that we recently switched over to. We had originally changed our systems with the goal of providing our community with a better user experience and more opportunity to connect with each other and our studio. As a team, we’ve been listening to your concerns and we’ve worked tirelessly to make the new system work but unfortunately we could not bring it up to the standards that the community deserves. 

We understand the confusion and disappointment that these changes have presented, and for that we deeply apologize. We have worked tirelessly over the past few days to find solutions and have decided it is best to switch back to our previous booking system that most of you are familiar with, Mindbody. 

To avoid any further system issues, this change is effective immediately. 

Here is what you need to know:

-All active memberships and passes have been moved over to Mindbody.

-Moving forward (just like before), you may book into classes on Mindbody via our website or the Mindbody app; just search for “House of Eights” on the app and login with your same email that you used on our website.

-You will no longer be able to book or make purchases through Arbox. 

-If you have already booked in for upcoming classes on Arbox, we have exported all your bookings into your Mindbody account. Please login to double check your schedule and cancel your spot in any classes you can no longer attend.

-All private lessons, rentals, and course registrations are also switched over back to Mindbody. 

We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes.
