STUDIO ETIQUETTE:
Help us maintain a clean and supportive space
- Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studios. Please wear appropriate footwear and comfortable clothes.
- Enter the studio only after the prior class has finished.
- Be respectful of others. Avoid talking during instruction and limit phone use to breaks or after class.
- Be mindful of space. Stagger yourselves so everyone has space to move and can see themselves in the mirror.
- Arrive on time. Aim to be at least 5 minutes early; latecomers 15 minutes or more after class starts will not be admitted.
- Remember to have fun and enjoy yourself! Support and encourage others for a positive and inclusive environment.
CLASS VIDEOS:
Filming is a great way to track your journey and also help us spread the word about our classes. Simply access them through our app or website with a special monthly password.
Participating in class videos is totally optional. Please note that any videos or photos captured on our studio cameras may be utilized for promotional purposes on social media.
If you decide to share any class videos online, remember to tag us @houseofeights and your instructor. We’d love to see your growth!
OUR POLICIES:
Bookings:
- Pre-register for classes via our app or website, with registration opening one week prior.
- Drop-ins are available for ages 14 and up (heels for ages 18 and up). Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.
- If a class has 4 or fewer people registered within 4 hours before the class start time, it may be canceled. Please sign up ahead of time to be notified of any cancellations or updates.
Waitlists:
- When a class is full, you may sign up for a waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email or on the app (be sure to enable notifications.) If you don’t receive any notification, it means no spot opened up, and your pass will automatically be put back onto your account for later use.
Cancellations:
- Please cancel reservations at least 4 hours before class starts; your session will automatically be credited back onto your account for you to use at another time.
- If you cancel a reservation within the 4 hour late-cancellation window, that pass will be deducted from your account.
Refunds:
- Classes are non-refundable or transferable.
- Early cancellations will be credited to your account.
- Membership cancellations can be requested via the Membership Management Form on our app or website footer before the next billing cycle renews.
Class Expirations:
- Drop-in classes are valid for 1 year from purchase.
- Class pass extensions are available for an additional 30 days, with the first extension free. Additional 30-day extensions have a $5 administrative fee per individual pass. There is no limit to the amount of times a client wishes to extend.
- Unused drop-ins on memberships roll over to the following month as long as the membership remains active.
