Our beginner heels classes take you back to the basics and are designed to strengthen your moves, grooves, and core in your favorite pair of high heels. Learn how to walk, balance, retain choreography, work on femininity, and gain confidence.

Our intermediate and advanced heels classes focus on the lines of the body, maturity of movement, confidence, and sensuality. Expect to strut, groove, roll them hips, and feel fearless!
